Real food in all of its tasty goodness! This is my Hawaiian chicken.

Keeping it lower carb here but adding some rice or quinoa would make this a great post workout meal. Boneless skinless chicken breasts baked with calorie wise BBQ sauce (20cals per 2tbsp), Thai vegetable blend and some pineapple chunks thrown in for a bit of that tropical flavour!

Sooooooo yummy and completely on plan.
