Simple. Easy. Delicious!
As many of you know Ally and I are quite busy people. That’s why when I cook I try and make it quick, simple and delicious. This meal took me a sum total of 20 minutes to prepare, cook, and clean up after.
Recipe:
-Ton of steamed Broccoli – Prep and Cook time 5 Min
-Two Cups Rice with diced green onion- Prep and cook time 5min
-32 Ounces of Salmon seasoned with Hy’s seasoning salt, pan fried in a little avocado oil. Prep and cook time 15 min.
-Clean up 5 Min.
What you don’t see is that I also cooked enough portions to last us for 4 more meals. So our dinners and lunches are made for the next 2 days.
The meal literally took 15 minutes to cook. 5 minutes to clean up. And then maybe 2 minutes to portion out the next 2 days and store in the fridge.
